- Validity and scope of the terms and conditions
1.1. The terms and conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations arising between a customer
of Randalu Drift Team online shop (hereafter: Purchaser) and MTÜ Randalu Drift Team (hereafter:
Randalu Drift Team) with the purchase of goods (hereafter: Product/Products).
1.2. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of
Products from the Randalu Drift Team online shop shall be regulated by the legislation applicable in
the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Randalu Drift Team reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the sales
prices. These changes will be made available on the Randalu Drift Team’s web page
www.randaludriftteam.com.
1.4. By accepting these conditions, the Purchaser confirms that (s)he has read the Terms and
Conditions of Sale, agrees to them and will follow them.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold on Randalu Drift Team’s web page are noted in euros as exclusive of any
delivery costs.
The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.
Placing an order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order,
you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The
amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following
payment methods:
Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure
environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank. The
seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into
force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store’s current account.
RandaluDriftTeam.com is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data
necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the
buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of
delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the
notice.
Delivery
Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania
To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Itella and Omniva courier company
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is
displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 10 working
days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method
offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that
exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
The seller has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction before sending out the goods, if the
price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due
to a mistake or the goods are currently out of stock due to a mistake. In this case, the Seller will
contact the buyer as soon as possible and inform about the error. If the buyer wants to cancel the
sales transaction, the Online Store will return the payment made by the Buyer to the Buyer as soon
as possible. If the Seller has mistakenly sent the wrong product to the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to
notify the Seller immediately in order to find a mutually satisfactory solution (offset, refund, etc.).
The right to file a claim
The seller is responsible for the non-compliance or deficiency of the product sold to the buyer.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the
latest by sending an e-mail to info@randaludrift.ee
The seller is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over
to the buyer.
If the goods purchased by the Seller have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Seller will
repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the
Webshop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The seller shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that enables written
reproduction within 15 days.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The online store and the Seller use the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order
and send the goods to the buyer. The seller transmits personal data to companies providing
transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the
buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has
indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail
or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
Solving arguments
If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to info@randaludrift.ee
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to
the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to
resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer can turn to the
platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
The return of the goods
The return of the goods is done in the same way as the delivery of the goods to the customer. The
customer must return the goods to Randalu Drift Team through Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel
machine within 14 days.
The money will be returned after the goods have arrived and been checked by Randalu Drift Team.
